good people good office good location good demo center - however need all technologies not just a few above average technical talent company culture is mostly good - runs in cycles Work - life balance is ok company events all in all good - need some work Benefits package is good

Cons

Need to work on culture Listen to the people more nit just the favorite ones work to strengthen the offices outside of Chicago. Better facilities are needed. Need exposure to more technologies based on recent Dell acquisition. Will need to have deep talent so all solutions can be presented and defended. Senior management needs to be more involved with all people Company cars were talked about yet have not come yet. 401K plan could have better matching Ownership in the company is not awarded for good performance

Pros

Good office and some good people. Very good administrative people who will go above and beyond to help and try to solve problems. The technical team is also good however it was much better in past years. Above average benefits.

Cons

Too much favoritism. If you are not one of inside clique you will never see the best accounts. Recently had some lay offs. Dell buying emc who is a large manufacturer for us inevitably will hurt us. Many people calculating what the future holds for them.

Pros

Get to work beside and with some very talented individuals. If you are have been here for a while life can be fairly easy as being part of the old guard allows you access to the best accounts and leads. The pto policy and in general the benefits package are very good and on par with the industry.We also have a nice office.

Cons

We are very much beholden to one manufacturer or emc, cisco and vmware. Our duty needs to be to provide our customers with best of breed technology solutions and that is hard to do when we are so closely aligned to one manufacturer. In the end the client loses and so do we as sales people. Our customers are catching onto this way of business.
