The culture at AHEAD is one of the best perks of the company. I feel appreciated for the work I do and have open communications with every level of the business. The executive team works in the same space as the rest of the staff and are always willing to listen. The fridges and break room are stocked with snacks, pop, and... beer! There's no overbearing dress code, just look presentable. Feeling like a tshirt and hoodie for the work day, not a problem. Want to wear your brand new 3 piece suit, you're more than welcome to. Sales never stop, so enabling them doesnt either. Sometimes I find myself working here and there on the weekends but nothing too cumbersome.
