1. Good salary . 2.People doing job only because they are getting good salary. 3.No skill development training provided.

1.Hire and fire culture. 2.New in India so they have no clue on administration. 3.HR and Managements never listened for their employee feedback. 4.No extra hours pay, only night shifts. 5.No job security, same day terminating their employee with small-small reasons. 6.No work life balance. 7.No cafeteria. 8.No breakout area. 9.No gender equality.. hired only male employee because they need to ask to do night shifts.
