They offer free health insurance but my colleagues are the ones that make working in this organization enjoyable.

Cons

At the location I am currently working at in Monterey Park, CA. RNs are not unionized and administration is holding that against us for not giving us raises.

No overtime, you can pretty much go home on time everyday

Cons

Run, I worked in the Finance Department and it was a mess! The CFO micromanaged everything and there was no communication. You do whatever the CFO said.
