Great coworkers and people that genuinely cared for the organization. Great PTO and Sick accrual.

Cons

Too much politics. Unqualified managers were promoted and some had too much power. It is all about who you know and not your qualifications. No paid holidays. Benefits were continually getting worse.

Most of employees are very nice & great teamwork

Cons

Equipment frequently doesn't work including translation phones, very frustrating.... Many narcotic seeking patients here . Some unreasonable exceptations from nursing mgmnt.
