Lax environment. People seem happy for the most part.

Cons

Revised benefits to the detriment of employees. Not a good time due to cost-cutting mindset. Hiring freeze for a long period that was recently lifted.

Hours were very decent, however it does get boring. Used to be an exciting place to work, but after 2009, it declined

Cons

No growth and very stifling environment. Management does not promote fast enough. Declining group- I recommend you go somewhere else.
