Pros

AIG is a great company to work for. I enjoyed my managers and coworkers there. I felt proud to work for AIG even when they were going thru their financial challenges in 2008. The pay has always been above average.

Cons

The company is HUGE! It's hard to keep up with all of the departments and internal business. Employees and managers are always being moved around within the departments.
