Work life balance in the Company Raises Insurance

Everything is great about the job except for the job itself . Training should be much longer . You basically are a financial planner w shorter training and no commission , because these financial planners that should be calling you for forms and rates are continuously asking thing they should know . It’s very stressful. People jump ship after training because they feel as is they are overwhelmed, overworked and under paid. High level Customer Service with low start pay but you do get raises pretty fast and often.
