Ain't so grand

Pros

Ability to work from home which makes office setup tolerable. Rewarded for not rocking the boat or sticking head out. If you keep your head down and don't expect a raise, they'll keep you.

Cons

Viciously political culture, inept managers, everyone for him or herself. Culture of non-compliance. Company is in a downward spiral. There is zero employee morale.

Pros

The people at the company for the most part were great to work with

Cons

The negatives at this company FAR, FAR outweighed the positives. No IT support, Hunger Games yearly review structure-groups of managers sitting in a room or on the phone for as much as 7 hours trying to make employees at a certain salary grade fit into a bell curve ranking from 1-5. No bell curve no one leaves the room or the call.

Pros

I am typing the 20 word minimum to get to the real point of this rating. In three, two and one.

Cons

The last time I rated, I pointed out the mismanagement, territorialism and shortsightedness. Now it has grown much, much worse. Read the other reviews from around the world. They are constantly firing people. There are secret lists. The CEO stated in a recent town meeting to not expect to work here long, you will not have a full career here. They view all employees as miserable temps who they will ultimately fire anyway. All employees are disposable. Look at their financial results, they are in a tailspin. DON'T GO HERE
