Horrible Work Culture

Pros

The PTO policy is great, but even now managers sometimes threaten they will not approve PTO during peak seasons (school breaks and summer break). The 401K program is also highly competitive.

Cons

1. Company does not care about its employees. There are constant staff reductions and the work just gets redistributed to whomever is left. There is high turnover because of the lack of work-life balance. 2. Salaries are no longer competitive. Only one raise in last ten years. How can employees keep up with inflation in larger metropolitan areas? 3. Management is clueless. There are 3 or 4 managers for each worker and none of the managers have any idea what the actual work product being produced is or should be. Managers keep making cuts to people below them to protect their own jobs and many are clueless about the work they manage. It's a sick, twisted old boy network.
