Business Outlook
Pros
Pros: - Was hired to work under 2 advisors. Pro is that during school the hours were flexible. This position is good for students that need to work.
Cons
Con: - One advisor just wanted me to make a multitude of calls daily, calling the same list of clients each day until basically one calls the guy yelled at me to stop. Kept telling the advisor this was not productive and he would not listen. The other advisor was great, was focused on my growth and expanding my skillset. He wanted to give me a raise but he other advisor did not want to. The settled for giving me a $1 raise and I left not shortly after. - Another Con is that there was no benefits at all
