      It a good place to work as provided with a good employee benefit, excellent work environment A good place to get more knowledge on how insurance business runs

      No promotion,(company did not perform as per TL) Someone who has an attendance issue is given a higher STI compared to a full attendance Does not recognize an employee, no appreciation. Manager does not know how to keep a talented/skilled employee team leader/team manager lack of management skill Team manager and team leader is bias toward gender equality Got a better rating compared with last year and awarded with the same amount of STI compared to last year Political game in the higher management to promote someone who is close to managers This is purely based from my current team Not overall the whole company.
