      - Good employee's benefits. - Dynamic working environment. - Result & performance-driven culture. - Located in city center area. - Good facilities (IT, Pantry, Play Area & etc).

      Cons

      - Unclear career pathways. - Multi-layers structure can slow down decision making process. - Lack of job-rotation opportunities between & within departments

      Pros

      Colleagues in the office and in other offices across UK and abroad willing to share information and discuss ideas, and very easy to talk to. A lot of expertise to draw on.

      Cons

      Poor IT system made is difficult to find documents on file. This was made worse by some documents appearing multiple times for no good reason. It also took a long time to get set up with an email address. Liaison between U/w and claims functions reactive rather than proactive.

      Pros

      - wide opportunity to travel, AIG has offices in more countries than most other financial services companies - flexible working policy - working from home is fine - relaxed atmosphere, not overly political (but this can depend on the team) - this company is not afraid to experiment

      Cons

      - pay is low by industry standards - the pace of change at this company is frenetic, constant re-organisations are commonplace, so don't apply if you can't cope with this
