Pros

Good teaching job for claims. It will prepare you to be satisfied and grateful for any other claims job you get. You get to work from home.

Cons

Depending on who your manager is, the unrealistic expectations could be made even worse.

Pros

Great Products, Company and Employees really care about the client. They want to make a difference. The products are the second to none and really sell themselves.

Cons

Not enough field training, especially for new to the industry agents. Complicated processes. ( although that is starting to change, we will see how it goes) Most agents right now are not making enough to live on Insurance sales alone. (Economy? we thinks so)
