      Great Company to Work For - If You Have the Stomach for all the Changes.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial spirit, opportunity to make real impact, opportunities to advance and/or explore various career directions, collegial and fast paced environment. If you are looking to be challenged in your field, or explore possibilities in a new one, this company can offer both. People are excellent - and people really make any company!

      Cons

      Work just never ends!! Most departments are understaffed, so the employees are stretched thin. Company is undergoing significant restructuring and cultural changes - not for the fainthearted. Technology is arcane - company needs major technological overhaul. Changes in senior management, although not a downside in themselves, are unsettling.

      Pros

      Large company that has many different areas to move to. Benefits are good. Time off is generous.

      Cons

      Low morale causes employees to leave. Job security is poor. Management does poor job of communicating with employees. There does not seem to be much transparency between departments. Management tends to think things are better than they actually are. For instance, they have been in denial awhile now about exposure to subprime mortgages.
