Pros

The only Pro at AIG are the benefits.

Cons

They make unrealistic production requirements for their employees. This makes everyone very stressed and unhappy. People are afraid to take lunches and even go to the bathroom sometimes so that they can meet their numbers. Also, they treat people who have any type of health issues very poorly upon their return. I left for 7 months for breast cancer and when I returned my manager had very little compassion for many of the challenges I was still dealing with.

401K Match of 150% at 6% contribution is outstanding Other benefits are comparable to industry but health insurance is on the high cost side

Cons

Constant organizational changes and rolling layoffs, locations is hit every 3 to 4 months and just under the WARN requirements
