      there are some phenomenal people, bright, innovative minds. Amazing workspace.

      - new building is nice - lots of young people who are fun to be around - generally decent hours, aside from occasional projects

      Cons

      - Air Miles brand is hurting and doesn't know what to do. Everyone is up in arms about being unique and winning back collector trust, but isn't actually willing to do anything different - very little data-driven decision making, it's mostly gut feeling and whatever will keep upper management happy - barely making any money off partners, who are all pissed off at Air Miles as well - teams can be cliquey, and face time matters more than you would think. I've had multiple managers tell me that it's more important to be seen running around doing stuff than actually doing good work

      - Almost everyone is friendly, smart, and helpful - The benefits and company events were really fun - I worked on interesting projects

      Cons

      - Getting stuff to production is difficult - Executives only pay lip service to agile practices - Roadblocks with legacy systems is constant and frustrating
