      Pros

      They have a gym and are on the subway line, have a subsidized cafeteria that is okay. They offer flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Poor management team, in disarray with continual changes in structure and staff. Before you accept any role, ask about the department turnover, management turnover and the rapidly declining employee survey results. It's telling. "Top Employer" is misleading - they work hard on their public perception

      Great people. Good bistro. On subway.

      Great people being let go. All of the time. Some after only a few months. Bad for morale and no doubt costly.

      Pros

      The people! I work with some fantastic, bright, innovative, passionate, and self motivated people. Senior management is focussed on cultivating an engaged workforce, where associates are encouraged to actively participate in the development and future of our business.

      Cons

      The organization is undergoing some cultural changes/shifts at the moment. It will set us up for future success, however many are struggling through the changes, and can't look beyond to see the longer term benefits. If you are uncomfortable with change this is not the place for you.
