      Pros

      The culture is top-notch and the benefits are second to none. I've worked for 2 larger companies in the past and LoyaltyOne does everything it can to give you work/life balance. When people leave the company they don't realize how good they have it here until its gone.

      Cons

      There are people here with thin skin that need to realize it's business and not personal. Get on with the job and if something doesn't work, try something else.

      Excellent work culture, everyone around you is super friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Some departments require excessive workload but the work is still really enjoyable due to fun, exciting people around

      Pros

      Amazing Culture, Amazing training and career development opportunities, amazing office, bistro, gym, massage therapy, work from home options, it's just a fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      It's such a collaborative environment, that there are a ton of meetings, and it can make it difficult to time-manage.
