      nice atmosphere to work in, nice recognition of your work, decent pay structure, good work culture, nice place to be at

      getting promotions would be a bit difficult because of the structure that they have in place, especially when you start at the lower ranks in the pyramid

      If you want to re-visit high school and its cliquiness, apply to Air Miles. This is a highly political environment so advancement has nothing to do with skills, performance, or ability. Advancement is about how much you kiss you know what. There is a tremendous atmosphere of CYA and playing it safe by keeping a low profile. The specialists are all fearful of losing there jobs and play along with telling the managment team what they want to hear. YES they keep winning awards, the culture is not as good as it appears to be. The VP in Customer Care is very fake.
