Pros

gym, bistro, great location. some great leaders and some great managers who truly care about the people and some great leaders who are willing to take big strides and improve the company objectives.

Cons

constant re-org happening across various departments, in marketing, in client services, in BT, all for what? last year huge re-org in marketing, BT, CS all changing for the better. A year later, huge changes again, why so many re-orgs. The constant change is demoralizing, last change didn't make things better, how do you expect the employees to have faith again that this change will be good? If you come to work here, aim to be a favourite of your manager or SLT and you are set. If not, good luck to you as you will get moved around on where the company see you fit best irrespective of your personal development or interests.

Pros

- If you're willing to wait for it, you will progress at this organization - Employment perks including a fabulous location, interesting people, great subsidized bistro and lots of extra-curricular opportunities - VERY smart Senior Leaders

Cons

- Recently, there has been a mass exodus of specialist-level roles. The organization has a huge discrepancy between the number of specialists and the number of managers, leading to a large number of people leaving after 2+ years when they realize they'll be stuck at their current level for several more years unless they leave. This coupled with a lack of transparency on progression of career from Senior management equals some serious issues with levels of employee satisfaction. It's easy to get frustrated here. - Incredibly busy day-to-day with little time or desire for improving resourcing or filling open roles to ease the strain - very limited by technology that is outdated and clunky; seems to be no urgency around updating it in a timely manner - Low YOY increases in pay (typically around 2%) - Wellness benefits and matching opportunities are sub-par

Pros

cafeteria, gym, freebies, bonus, usual benefits, reasonable technology base, continual push for improvement, energetic culture, interesting projects, some smart people

Cons

blame game on every project always pushed to do more with less to the point of being set up to fail IT viewed as a problem rather than a solution politics more important than good work
