We value everyone’s opinion at AIR MILES, and we keep lines of communication open through pulse checks, surveys and regular one on one development conversations with Leaders so that we can better understand what’s working well and areas to affect positive change. We value our Associate’s feedback so much that we’ve taken steps within the last year to implement Key Performance Objectives around Associate and Leadership development to ensure we are always learning and growing as an organization.
