Thanks for your feedback and for choosing AIR MILES for your Co-op term. Our Co-ops know that they are an integral part of our team and we encourage them to explore career possibilities, develop connections, and work with some of the best brands and technologies out there, all while gaining valuable, real-world experience. Over the past year, we have refined our Co-op engagement strategy and pivoted in the face of COVID-19. We’ve been actively working on initiatives to bring our culture to life and stay connected while working remotely. Social and networking events have remained a priority to keep our Co-ops engaged and inspired. In the last year we’ve hosted a virtual speaker series, motivational talks, meditation sessions, live DJ events, mixology workshops and nutrition seminars to name a few.
