LoyaltyOne really stands behind investing in professional development. I was a recent graduate of the Expedition Program which comprised of roughly 30 other associates from across the organization. The focus of the program was centered on professional development and preparing associates for future leadership roles. One of the key aspects of the program was working on a cross functional team to solve a live business case related to our upcoming move to a new office. This was a great opportunity to network with my peers, senior leadership and gain an understanding of my readiness to take on a more senior role.
