      Pros

      It used to be good few years back.

      Cons

      Too many changes to cope up with, management believes in year round restructuring. Leadership thinks that firing people leads to business growth. Game of Thrones type power play and politics. No one can really feel settled in this company even after working hard. Most good people have left and everyone else is trying to save their jobs. Below market average salary and benefits.

      good atmosphère, team work, trainings every now and then.

      Cons

      very stressful work environment, high volume calls (10 seconds bestween calls), coaches are not so helpful. what they call a customer experience is a joke . no wonder why so many bilingual CS representatives quit fews months after they got hired.
