      Pros

      On-site gym, pool tables, bit more relaxed than some other environments. Competitive wages, and good opportunity for growth.

      Pros

      Really great community to work for. Has it's own culture and they are really proud of it. A nice environment to work for where you can easily grow. They have really good benefits and you can easily play around with your schedule.

      Cons

      They are fast to select the best employees they want to have in their company. The rotation whitin the call centre is pretty fast. They will not hesitate to terminate you if you do not meet the expectation anymore even though you have a lot of experience. Their expectations are really high even if you are a top achiever. This put a lot of stress on everyone's shoulders. It is still a good company though.
