      Was once a great organization with ample opportunities and a fun employee focused environment.....until a bank purchased the program!

      Cons

      It came as no shock that things would degrade rapidly under the leadership of a bank. A bizarre secretive way of managing operations has led to massive distrust of senior leadership. Rampant fraud, understaffing, and constant surveillance is destroying the program and causing employee burnout.

      Company only cares about staff meeting the deadlines , 9 out of 10 customers calling are upset because of 2-3 hours wait time and the fraud that happened on their accounts.
