      Pros

      As a new business it has grown over the years and always looking for ways to keep improving. There is some room to grow and learn with the company however if you don’t have dual citizenship for another country they are located then it can be tricky to move to another location. Lovely group of people to work with and all walks of life, everyday there is something new to learn from them.

      Cons

      Can’t think of none at the moment. It is hospitality work, if you haven’t been in hospitality then you might not understand the demands and shift patterns

      Pros

      Not only is the business successful and profitable, offering one of the most unique experiences in London, the team running Aire London is as great as it can get. Really hardworking, resilient staff who care about the quality of the work we produce.

      Cons

      With the volume of guests that come through each month, it is not without it's challenges (as with any job). But the team is agile and adapts quickly to resolve issues.

      AIRE Ancient Baths is the best company I have ever worked for. The team is really what makes this place special. After 2 years of working at AIRE, the team has become a family to me. Despite being a relatively new company, I feel that the intention to do things better is there and all the management team is working very hard to make it happen. Colin, our Director, is the most supportive, engaging and hard working, he really brings the whole team together. HR department works very closely with all employees which doesn't really happen in other companies. Front Desk department is the most friendly, positive, enthusiastic and dedicated. We have won the Spa of the Year by London Lifestyle awards in 2023 and it is a lovely recognition to all the employees for doing an amazing job.
