Pros
I joined the company within the past 6 months and went through training for staff and management. The training talked a great deal about values like, advancing quality, unity, improving lives, etc. The covid situation has stressed the company's ability to serve patients and employees, but it has done everything it preaches. The employees feel safe, the patients feel cared for, the nurses feel empowered, its really gratifying.
Cons
The company is growing rapidly but seems to do it in a sustainable way. Communication and training could be improved.
