Learn to multi task, prepare you to learn intense mgmt and deadlines.

Cons

Micromanagements. Customers run the show and mgrs present unrealistic goals. Heavy communication even when you’re off, no work life balance. Heavy workload with horrible, unbalanced pay.

* Lovely staff and management * Monthly progress reviews and convos with your supervisor * Independent work style *Easy work and life balance This is the best company I have every worked for. I have never worked in logistics before but learning about the industry has been a blast. It has become a full lifestlye change.

Cons

*We used to be Select Express & Logistics and were bought out by AIT. There has been alot of changes and job leveling has not happened yet but we have great hopes for the future. Will update soon ! :)
