Pros

AIT continues to grow and acquire some big name customers. They had a record year of performance which is wonderful. The organization has been around for 30+ years and senior management is open and embraces changing for the better as we continue to scale the organization. Great opportunity for someone looking to come in and recommend changes, be a part of process improvements and innovation in a company that is seeking growth. Very passionate and caring CEO which is nice to see.

Cons

Opportunity to improve their benefit package, 401k match and continued development of their employees. They offer tuition assistance but would like to see further development programs for staff
