Pros

Talk about a company that truly cares for, and about their employees. No other 3PL comes close to AIT in all aspects. From The Executive Management team, down to the "troops" in the field. I feel very privileged to be part of the AIT team!

Pros

Great work-life balance promoted and practiced. The Executive team has a very open-door policy when it comes to hearing the feedback/suggestions from employees. Company has a game room and often hosts darts and foosball tournaments, raffles, food days, and what I love the most, the company as a whole, gives back to several charities in the area. Advancement opportunities are available and your career can really grow at this company.
