      Pros

      Cross training is available. There are some good people to work with. It's easy to get into management but it tends to stagnate after that.

      Cons

      Short sighted managment and business practices are still stuck in the 1970's. Deferred maintenance runs rampant through out the facility.

      Pros

      Great start off pay. Plenty of hours to be worked. Paid vacation after one year. Full benefits eye care, dental, and health insurance.

      Cons

      It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Long days longer nights. Hard work few breaks and constantly management is telling you to speed up.
