Pros
Great bosses, and they help you with issues that may come up a moments notice. Production bosses can be hard to get along with, but it's the nature of the beast. Quality is definitely where you want to be.
Cons
Not much of a social life if you want to be good at your job. ARI provides all the training you'll need, and plenty of money in your pockets from all the hours worked, but that can be hard on families. I worked an average of 75 hours a week and paid hourly.
