      4 on 3 off, great hr, management, and teamwork. All around positive experience.

      Summer heat, winter cold, same as any factory. Mosquitoes might carry you off

      Money was fair, good incentive programs for safety, management was easy to talk to and generally supportive.

      Lots of turn over with employees, lay offs possible, dirty work.

      Great railcar experience to be gained.

      Cons

      Management at this specific plant was all about the "good ol boys" club. If you get in then you are set. If you don't get in then it's an uphill battle to get the job done with quality and integrity since management's focus is production, production, production with no regard for quality.
