      Pros

      Friendly and amazing tutors, admin, and leadership. Those in leadership roles also tutor, so they stay connected to the tutors they manage, and to the students who come to us looking for support. Everyone is very welcoming, and students/parents are very respectful.

      Cons

      There is some pressure to add more students than you might be ready for because of high demand, but leadership (at least my team leader) is very understanding if you say no. You might not get a lot of time to socialize with other tutors at the office, but there are plenty of opportunities to talk and collaborate during meetings and events.

      Pros

      You are fully in control of your schedule and can choose to be available for as many tutoring hours as you would like. Office materials and technology is fantastic.

      Cons

      It is quite difficult to keep a consistent schedule and tutor all the hours you want. Holidays - especially summer - are very bare unless you put in a lot of work finding students to work with. Company pays tutors a small portion of what they charge parents for tutoring.
