Working at AJ Tutoring has been one of those experiences where the mission on paper actually lines up with the day-to-day reality. AJT genuinely cares about helping students grow, and that commitment shows up everywhere—from the way tutors are trained and supported to how leadership invests in people, systems, and professional development.

Cons

The pace can be intense during peak seasons. Finals, AP tests, before bid test dates. Not fully remote. For roles that involve in-person tutoring or leadership, you really need to enjoy showing up and being present.
