      Pros

      They actually want you to become a better TUTOR, not just a content expert. The team leaders and other veterans are constantly leading by example and sharing tips for how to teach better. A LOT of mtgs/materials for tutor training (its always improving). This company, at the end of the day actually keeps students as no. 1 believe it or not, and actually helps tutors to achieve that. I didnt expect to become such a better tutor when I joined but it's refreshing and life changing for someone that didn't ever understand the "art" of teaching.

      Honestly, it is a very good company.

      Pros

      Great pay ($30+/hour), welcoming team members, and tons of resources that you can use during your sessions. You can expand into new academic subjects, and there's room for upward mobility within the company. You're hired as an employee and can get benefits if you work on average more than 25 hours per week.

      Cons

      Monthly email campaigns to parents can be tedious Working hours are only after school (3-ish onwards), and working one weekend day per week is pretty much required
