Pros

-Amazingly supportive management (both in the form of team leaders and academic department heads) -Beautiful offices -Flexible scheduling -Minimal Administrative work (Allowing you to really focus on your students and their needs!) -You are surrounded by amazing people -You are treated as a professional

Cons

-The nature of the job means you are working afternoons and weekends, and it can thus be hard to connect with friends and family working 9to5s
