AJM has a great work environment, smiling faces , fresh coffee every morning, never a dull moment with all the wonderful employees here. Every year there is a company picnic where you can meet hundreds of AJM Employees. All in all AJM is a company that takes care of its employees and it has been shown time and time again.

Dealing with ongoing construction. Not as many paid Holidays as other local companies but obviously not that big of an issue as I’ve stayed this long
