Pros

Benefits that's about it. Pay is okay if you like being payed 11.25 for very hard work. Ideal for the single man that doesn't have a family.

Cons

Things start out good the new employees get treated great until six months in. Horrible place to work, can't believe it's still running as a functioning business. They cover up a lot of dirty product. The CEO will pick a pile of plates up that fell on the ground restock and send it to be packaged. Very unprofessional with the way they do things around there. Schedule always changing causeing way to much downtime no communication managers have bad attitudes. Pay is very bad for the work you do. Stresses everyone out to the point of quitting or not caring anymore. I have seen good workers waste good talent on this place and get nothing for it. HR is a joke and they just hire people to fill positions instead of hiring upon skill base. Stackers and line workers are way to underpaid they get a ten cent raise yearly and most of them have to support their families cause them to grab whatever overtime they can which leads to worn and stressed workers. Overall horrible place to work wouldn't wish is on anyone.

Company paid Insurance and steady paycheck, paid holidays, vacation time, days go by fairly quick. Do your job shut up and no one bothers you.

Cons

Most of the supervisors have nasty attitudes, think they are superior to hourly workers which are people too.NO FAMILY TIME. They want you to be their slaves. Prejudice

Pros

Good hours, not far from home, some good employees.

Cons

Poor management long hours low pay. They only pay their production line ten cents for a yearly raise. Someone received 5 cents before. They make workers work seven days a week, they lie to customers, they cheat their customers and cover it up so the owner doesn't find out, they don't care about the welfare of their employees. This is for the El cajon branch in San Diego.
