Pros

They have a few interesting projects, you might get a good one if you are lucky

Cons

Very bad management of their consultants, some managers are not transparent about the projects, they are only interested for you to be working on something there, they try to get you in no matter which project, they don´t listen your requests and they don´t care at all to develop your career.
