nice people and engineers. Several clients/projects that you make work with/on (even though one will not necassarily work on...)

Cons

Well, I was interviewed, I explicitly and repeatedly made clear that I am only interested in working in the area where I live for family reason, I was made an offer which I accepted and I quit my previous job. Two weeks later they asked me to work for clients ~500km away (live there during week days and return home on weekends) and without letting me know that if I do not accept they will fire me, I was fired one month after joining them. Need I say anything else?

If you are a desperate just graduated person you might have a good start of career by putting a good customer (not Akka) name on your CV. As soon as you have made your image better, leave Akka ASAP!

Cons

The usual ones from consultancy, but amplified 10x by the incompetent people that make the company. Unethical and unfair treatment including harassing, stay away as much as you can.
