extraordinarily stressful environment even compared to traditionally high-stress cultures such as investment banking and management consulting money partially hoarded by senior management. moreso than you may expect poor tech leadership frequent turnover of employees. quitting/firings are common

Still fairly dynamic/flexible despite the size.

What a joke. I think it’s 6 CTOs now in 10 years, not normal. The other reviews about nepotism are all true. The original few ‘partners’ do what they want while the rest of us get the dirty jobs and don’t share in the returns. They are intern crazy as well, hundreds come in every year and it’s a bit of a factory to be honest. Never mind the CTO revolving door, its same with other roles, most people can stick it for 2 years before they realize they’ll have a much better work/life balance and one of the other firms.
