      I can't think of any pros to working at Akuna.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, kind of cliquey. If you're "in" then you're fine, but otherwise you're definitely "out".

      That the management may be oblivious not actually spiteful

      Cons

      Management is a circus with no experience in the actual trading platform and taken as scraps from other firms, reflects in the current crop of traders where there socialist bonus experiment didnt work and all the good traders got underpaid and left and all the bad traders got overpaid and stayed.
