* Reasonable, down-to-earth management * Top tech talent * People are serious about their work * Many social opportunities * Very cool office * Freedom to explore new technologies, propose ideas * Immediate feedback (move fast and break things) * Great work schedule * Ping pong culture, breakfast, snacks

Cons

* Very fast-paced, not for the faint of heart * High pressure/responsibility - money is on the line every second of the day * Growing very quickly, expect to devote a chunk of time to the interview process * Training programs are improving, but you are still definitely expected to hit the ground running * Some benefits are still being ironed out

In no particular weighted order: - Intelligent Coworkers - Good Office and Location - Hybrid Working Arrangement - Straightforward hiring process

In no particular weighted order: - No clear/set/structured on-boarding (not really a con, but more of a challenge, as this is not too uncommon for smaller places) - Was hired to introduce and provide an alternative/updated method of development only to experience that the very first stakeholder didn't want to adapt or test any new ways of operating. Resistance as a whole was not unexpected, but what was unexpected was that this person was one of the interviewers for the role - Was given x date as a deadline for initial work, but was brought into a meeting, with HR present, 1.5 months before the deadline to talk about lack of "output" and given my papers
