      Pros

      You will be given responsibility early. Technology is developing fast and there is good investment in this side. If you demonstrate that you deserve it you will get the chance to make a difference to the firm. Good culture, good people.

      tough on non-performers (might be a pro). split office space not great though I hear there is a new office next year sometime

      I can't think of any pros to working at Akuna.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, kind of cliquey. If you're "in" then you're fine, but otherwise you're definitely "out".

      Team is young although this can be a problem. Company can occasionally attract good talent.

      Cons

      Management has questionable competence and decisions seem political more than anything else. You'll be fighting fires everyday and the skills you learn here won't be transferable causing you to hit a dead end early on in your career. Management has a clear preference for certain types of employees.
