There is a culture based on fear of the inner circle that started the company. To everyone on the outside, you are disposable and if you reach moderate success they will use you to train a lower paid usually younger employeeto take over your role.

Team is young although this can be a problem. Company can occasionally attract good talent.

Cons

Management has questionable competence and decisions seem political more than anything else. You'll be fighting fires everyday and the skills you learn here won't be transferable causing you to hit a dead end early on in your career. Management has a clear preference for certain types of employees.
