A great company to be a part of, expanding rapidly in APAC but still keeping that friendly culture. Always feeling like there are challenges for me to tackle.

Cons

Competitive and fast paced environment definitely isn't for everyone.

Pros

The people are a nice blend of smart, driven, helpful and pleasant. Kind of place people chose to get away from the politics of jobs at more traditional financial institutions. Snr Management in Sydney are great - lots of opportunity for willing people.

Cons

Smaller firm, dont pay as much as some elite competitors. You have to get used to the high turnover from headhunting that happens in HFT.

-always fear of losing job -when helping upper management they just stare at you like if your stupid when trying to explain something. -nepotism is huge at this place! -HR reps don’t care get mad when you ask questions about policy or bring something up basically try to run you out -no it person has been there for more than a year
