Pros

- Great office in Chicago - Flexible WFO/WFH arrangements and work hours for a trading firm - Benefits are constantly being improved (most recently with increased vacation and full payment of all health insurance). - Exciting and fast-paced work. Have loved my time here.

Cons

Honestly cannot think of many. Potentially more time off around the holidays but this is due to market/banks hours so would see this at any competitor.

The developers here are extremely competent. Many of the senior engineers have deep experience in the industry and you can learn a ton from them. For my team, the work life balance is great (get off around 5). The office is really nice, and the views of the lake are great.

Cons

I feel pressure at times because team members are very talented and get their work done super fast
